A rubric is a scoring tool for subjective assessments. It is a set of criteria and standards linked to learning objectives that is used to assess a student’s performance on papers, projects, essays, and other assignments. Rubrics allow for standardised evaluation according to specified criteria, making grading simpler and more transparent

Introversion brings empowerment of the self. Just as a tortoise withdraws from the external environment after its work is done, we too need to find time for ourselves. Amidst the activity of the day, we need to make time to look within and find the beauty that is hidden there. When we do this as a practice it brings a positive experience that empowers the self. We need to give ourselves a little.
If someone comes along and ask you, to tell him/her about yourself, what will best the first thing that comes in your mind? Most would talk more about their self *pride*.The one who works to remove the sorrow of others is the one who is loved by all. When there is the one aim of helping to remove the sorrow of others, there will be nothing negative while dealing with others. There will also be no expectations from others. Working with the natural desire to bring benefit to as many as possible, enables one to continue to contribute to whatever extent possible. When we are able to have this one desire of helping others be more happy, We are able to make a contribution for others’ happiness and progress. We then find that others naturally appreciate our selfless contribution and their good wishes help us feel light and experience progress.
Make the decision today to place a high value on yourself. Yes you are worth it. When someone asks for help, make sure they appreciate the high value of your help. Don’t be obnoxious, of course. Don’t refuse to help. Just make sure they know that your help is valuable.

Be on the lookout for positive acts and attitudes worth noting. You’ll convince the other person that you care -and you’ll convince yourself as well.
